Youth should come forward to bring a needed change in the Society. We should all stand united in raising one and solid voice against crimes. For this we will have to fight fiercely to awaken the lawmakers and government. The oppressed women should not get hushed- up, they should come out boldly to let the evil-doers be punished badly. If they keep mum, the crimes will go on increasing. Moreover, we all will have to bring a drastic change in our mental set up. We should not accord different treatment to boys and girls. Women will have to be fully trained in Self-Defence. They also shared that they are running Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust to conduct a series of activities related to women and children. They shared: "We are hurt, but we are not bigger than law. We can at least awaken others now. Our fight is for the society only. We want a harsh punishment for the wrong doer which is certain to send an exemplary message to others. We have to bring a great change in our thought processes to stop crimes against women-folk.
Ethical Hacker Vaghela inspired students to know themselves truly before deciding their future career. He shared: Effort is key-note of success, and imagination is more powerful than knowledge. So apply your imagination to your knowledge and achieve big. Knowledge processes can be outsourced but imagination how to shape the things lie with the successful entrepreneur alone.
Dr Bedi wanted students to be the change that they want to see in the world. He shared: We all want change and for that we have to change ourselves. Believing in yourself and your endeavours is the first step to success. Firm faith sees the invisible, your strong positive attitude will certainly lead you to your goal.
Similarly, Subhash Talekar shared secret behind dabbawalas efficiency and asked students to be committed to their work: Each dabbawala is a member of the association. This ensures a commitment to work. For all of us work is worship and duty is God.
